What we can’t do

We can’t give individual tax advice. Even when the calculator output disagrees with your payslip, the right next step is almost always a quick check with the body that issues your tax code or your country’s tax authority — their numbers win every time. We’re happy to help you frame the question, but we won’t tell you what to do with the answer.

Response time

Replies usually land within two business days. Bug reports that include a reproducer (URL + the inputs you typed + the number your country’s official calculator returns for the same inputs) jump the queue.
